What's YouthCity?

YouthCity serves Salt Lake City's young people with innovative and enriching activities created with input from participants. The programs are located in city community centers, schools and parks, where young people can have fun and learn new skills in a structured setting. YouthCity currently includes after-school and summer, arts education, employment, sports, government and community involvement, and refugee programs.

Mission

YouthCity seeks to:

• Establish constructive after-school, summer and employment programs for Salt Lake City's youth
• Support the efforts of families, schools and neighborhoods in helping make Salt Lake City a safe, nurturing environment for children
• Provide unique, research-based programs for our City's young people, which are continually evaluated for their effectiveness
